Hey, so theboxsets has just recently released a sort of protest song about the Kimani Gray shooting. It got me thinking; if there is one thing hitRECord is missing, it is that political charge that is so common in art.

I expect that we tend to be such a positive community that we don't want to ruffle any feathers, but I think making political/social/moral/whatever statements is a very important dimension of what it means to make art.
