i created this pattern by tracing drips of paint on a paper with pencil and pen then filling areas with paint. amogst my peers, no one guessed it was running paint, many thought it was rain, tears, blood!
the concept behind this was to create an organic print/shape. i was looking at a lot of isamu naguchi work and it inspired me to create my own organic print. afterwards my tutor noticed it was somewhat reminiscent of clifford still's work... but anyway heres mine!
and sorry about my username i thought id change it when i think of a better one so until then umm i cant name things
i created this from my 'drips' - just as an experimental extension! and sorry about my username i thought id change it when i think of a better one so until then umm i cant name things
Man, I am struggling with this format. I don't have good software for it.
