Inspired by some fantastic images and remixes :)
When I go out with my boyfriend's Korean friends and they play drinking games... I can't follow at all. Koreans are known to hold their alcohol well...keep the soju shots coming :)
I hated to write on this beautiful illustration, just felt all kinds of wrong!
This is a self-portrait as a fish collector, a reimagined version of a much simpler piece I made a few years ago.
This time I used my trusty watercolor pencils as well as the ever-wonderful .005mm pen.

This is very very rough... I was just curious to see how this concept looked.
I recorded the VO into an iphone, so if anyone wants to have a proper go at it, please do.

I was inspired by Redheadmonster's original image from the short story 'First Place Goes To' by iamcalledchief but thought maybe it needed an alternative angle to it!
I have remixed, but I cannot create the same simplistic beauty of the original image.
