raponchox's RECommendations
Rawrrawr I realized I typoed his name in the video
"What though the radiance which was once so bright
Be now for ever taken from my sight,
Though nothing can bring back the hour
Of splendour in the grass, of glory in the flower;
We will grieve not, rather find
Strength in what remains behind;
In the primal sympathy
Which having been must ever be;
In the soothing thoughts that spring
Out of human suffering;
In the faith that looks through death, In years that bring the philosophic mind."
— William Wordsworth
Sorry about my audio, I know it's really terrible. and also, my editing system is terrible.
Feel free to make your own audio and edit it yourself! ^_^
i've just discovered "tilt shift" and boy is it addictive. some of the really good ones i've seen look so plastic i would never have guessed beforehand that they were real! this was my first try, it's a photo i took of Lunenburg NS.
(there is nothing like roadtrips to the beach, in-car picnics, post-picnic naps & then post-nap running into the north sea. except do all those while taking polaroids.)
No time to say "hello", goodbye.
I'm late, I'm late, I'm late!
The quality of the image is a little funky, will try to fix later. :<

If I get lonely in a big city I like to ride trains so that I don’t feel so static. I get a ticket for a day maybe a map and just sit going back and forth, round and round so that I feel like I’m moving. In Paris the metro is always in motion. And in London the underground a place without signal or speech between strangers just books and drumbeats leaking out of headphones careless commuters. The circle line is the best, you don’t even have to get off you can just orbit like a planet the city a sun. I feel more like a moon. I don’t take a book or a pen or a paper or my mp3 I just soak it in. The city, through tunnels, down the escalators the people rushing pushing plodding and sometimes, if I’m lucky one family, staring at everything with wide new eyes and I see too the new things or the old things, new. |
