i kissed your lips, they were dry, then you dropped me

i opened my eyes, i was lost, in a sea of blankets
i was surprised, you were just, part of my imagination
now every day, when i wake, i reminisce the feeling
you gave me then, and even now, but i'm always changing

i want to be , part of you, your future
but it's not my place to have to try to convince you
