I was thinking about the real big patterns we all live by. While we don't follow the stars as literally as we used to, the fact that no matter where you are, when the sun sets you can see the same thing in the sky anywhere in the world is really comforting. And to me that's what a pattern is. It's reassurance, comfort, tradition. It's something you can rely on to always be a version of the same.
I had a blast making a mass REmix of great star images, new and old.
The text may be a little small when not full size (should it be brighter?), but it says, "Through a clear sky from a mountain top or the bokeh of city lights, the map of the stars are the same for everyone. They're as high as we can see of anything."
