I was watching this show on VH1 I think it was called Do You Really Know Me or something like that. On the show they did this inspirational program and the instructors called out situations. Who ever experienced a situation the had to step forward and the people who didn't go forward but respected the person held up their hand and gave the sign of love. I was inspired by the love sign.
