Or, as I like to call it, Honest People Meeting. And, really, all you have to do is introduce yourself and be honest. |

I started working on this project last friday, and as funny as this would sound, I thought of it at first when I woke up and then worked a bit more on it when I was taking a shower. I usually write at night and revise early the next morning with a cup of tea. I'm only saying it because I think it's a funny thing to do. Honestly, though, at night and in the morning are the only times of the day I can have for myself, so that's one reason for my writing schedule. To put the story in a simple way (if you've not read it yet, though, I suggest you do before you read my easy explanation), the main character is Albert, who's a scientist of sorts working on ants; his cousin Christine, who can be a bitch from time to time, but that doesn't stop Albert from loving her; Peter, Albert's assistant and pupil; and Regina, Peter's girlfriend, who works on the field as well. This "field" they work on has to do with science, but not in the way you'd probably imagine. There's most likely a word for a person who studies bugs (or ants, in Albert's case), and if there isn't I'm sure Sarah (Metaphorest) can come up with one. I've been trying, for some time, to get a project based on the alphabet done, but just now I did. It's probably because it was my winter break and I was finally able to sleep and do whatever I wanted to do, which was pretty much write. I've got loads of other things waiting to be revised and shared, but that'll take me some time. The idea with this one is, mainly, to play with words that don't just start with the same letter, but also that may have a similar sound when you speak them. If you read this aloud, I ask you to read it as though you're reading an entire paragraph. If you read it as it's visually broken it'll lose part of its magic. Mattsoar did a very good reading, and I think I'll be doing one myself, so if you want to do your own take maybe you could use his as a guideline. To follow what Matt Conley said about each sentence having its own way of telling it, almost as if they each were a different story but still belonging to the same big picture, I completely agree. Matt's got this way of reading my stuff and seeing them as videos in his mind that amazes me, so I'd like you (I'm speaking now directly at you, Matt) to take over the directing part. I'll add some more bits later on today. Until then, so far I think we'll need the basic usual stuff: any other RECord you find that you think may fit in. Let's add all the chaos first and then put an order to it. |

I found this site http://www.polaroin.com/ and have been using it to turn some of my pictures into Polaroids. And it's really cool! I've already uploaded some and now here's the collab, so we can share :) |
