It's hard to bake a cake when you live in the ocean, but I guess it helps to have eight arms.

I normally draw strictly in black and white, but I found my old set of watercolors the other day and decided to venture a little outside of the box. I'm surprisingly happy with the result and am curious to see if this little guy could inspire something more...

Calling all animators, illustrators, and designers!

I originally drew these just so I could play around with them in Flash and try to make a short (like really short) animated video about a factory (or something). Now that I have them scanned in, I'm thinking it'd be cool to see what other people could remix with them, whether it's an animation or collaged illustration or cool poster, etc etc.

Really hoping to get some remixes with this one because I think there's a lot of potential! I have all the pipes/gears/pieces cut out in a layered photoshop file already and I'd be happy to share that, so if anyone's interested let me know and I can give out a dropbox link to the file!

EDIT: The preview looks a lot darker than the image actually is, download the jpg to see more details..

Over the past year I've discovered a new obsession with trains.. Here are 6 moleskine pen drawings all based on real-life locomotives, most of which are retired and living at train museums around the world. Scanned in at high resolution and cleaned up in photoshop.
