I direct our community in a variety of collaborations. When one of our productions makes money, we split the profits 50/50 between the company and the contributing artists.

New Time Collaboratorium COLLABORATION

	The hitRECord community is going to play live with a local Austin band (http://www.newtimemusic.com) at our Saturday screenings at SXSW. RECord yourself playing along with the demo of the song - http://www.hitrecord.org/records/63328. We're creating an audio/video RECord that will play as sort of a companion to the band and sort of a member of the band. Joe totally wants to play live with the band and this RECord. While we cannot promise anything, if there's any way of logisticizing it, that's what will happen. The video we're making will be projected behind the band while they rock with our sound (or we play along with their sound). The video will have some parts SXSW, some parts video of hitRECorders playing the music mentioned above, some parts video of normal sounds being used musically like the Non Music Video from Sundance http://www.hitrecord.org/records/29189. We will be posting some sound Resources that we've RECorded here at SXSW. You can Release new sounds, Remix sounds from the Non Music Video, remix other existing RECords, Remix what's already in this Collaboration or anything else. IMPORTANT NOTES Play the song on headphones while you RECord yourself. Video RECord yourself RECording it. We likely won't use audio-only RECords. Release ONLY your own audio -- don't mix the existing song or drums with yours... all the parts will get mixed together later and it'll be easier to do that if your audio is clean by itself. If you can Release your video at 720p, please do. If not, we can work with it anyway. If that doesn't mean anything to you, don't worry, just Release what you got. SxSW - An Evening with hitRECord COLLABORATION

	Please Release and contribute your selection of photos and video that you RECorded at our SxSW show on March 16. I'll be releasing many different clips of different segments of the show. Editors -- go for it! If you're not editing, hit the Hearts to let editors know which ones are best. Try mixing the different Nebulullaby videos together to make one live video. Try mixing the live one into the Sundance Nebulullaby music video. or vice versa. Or cut together a video of the whole show. Or anything else. Release any parts of the show, including Nebulullaby, EXCEPT OTHER SONGS BY SEAN & CHARLOTTE. They were not created for hitRECord and aren't licensed under the hitRECord Accord.

I Believe in Faerie

	Technology Fails Teafaerie suffered a technological setup today and lost a bunch of work on her movie. Which she is now recreating. so I remixed Tori's RECord into a little movie that goes like this: start at picture of teafaerie with all her storyboard pictures then the shuzbut picture then tori's video of all the storyboard pics appearing -- but in reverse so they were disappearing. then the your support picture then tori's video forward and all the storyboard pics re-appearing then the I believe in faerie picture. But, ironically, technology is failing here too. I've spent the last couple hours just trying to save the finished movie project into a movie file. or shoot video of it playing on my computer. or something. and technology is failing and I cannot make it happen. Will you (yes YOU) remix tori's video and these pictures like I describe? (of course feel free to add your own touch) and release it here as a result and as a result in the Manifest My Victory record? Many thanks

	What does your art sound like? RECord the sound of you making art. I'm thinking specifically of art other than RECords of Sound (but make it go if that's your art). I'm thinking of the sound of a pencil sketching, the sound of a camera clicking, of a paintbrush stroking.... when something is your art, you tend to spend a bunch of intimate time with it. you get to know a lot of facets about it. in this case, what it sounds like to do it. for me, the sound of being inside the whooshing fire is the thing I remember most keenly about the first time I spun fire. share those sounds (icon from http://patrick-69.deviantart.com/art/Microphone-planet-armargedon-94783228 )
