At Fall Formal 2011 I brought a roll of paper and a ton of sharpies. Before the show I laid out the paper and sharpies and asked the gathering attendees to add anything they wanted to the paper, illustrations, notes, random anything. 

I got some great results and a fun project for people waiting in the long line.

While I'd love to go to every hitRECord show, I know that it's just not possible.
