As long time admirer of the subtle yet cutting wit of Mr. Jonathan Swift and his "A Modest Proposal" I thought some RECorders might do some brilliant, modern, and satirical renderings. My first thought was to satirize the nature of mainstream media, copyrights etc. Perhaps a faux breaking news broadcast about the horrendous nature of hitRECord and its horrying remix culture (here I'm picturing some splices of the site intro videos and our RegularJoe as Public Enemy #1). But the point is, satire, off-puttingly politely & viciously funny: let's do some.
