A bit of a darker take on van-gramsci's political cartoon -- I actually saw it being funnier but this ended up taking a left turn somewhere into Creepyville. The 'War on Fear' is a really fascinating concept, and I think there must be something ironic about fighting fear with fear. Some parts of the 'speech' are actual (though slightly altered) quotes from our inspiring world leaders.
Sojushots' art is deliciously unsettling, and the fact that there was such a wide, coherent range was incredibly helpful.
Resources: The'show more/next 9' buttons aren't working for me so I haven't been able to cite all the resources. For now, here is a list of what I've used and hopefully I can cite these properly later. [31/07/2012: Done! Argh, finally, and it's 3am now so.]

Little Red Riding Hood girrrrl with some additional faces and stuff! Added Hachi's cutout character as a resource as well, since I used that template for lack of other ideas. (Thanks!) Gosh this took me a while.
Also, I'm pretty sure I drew her wrong, according to most descriptions. She's supposed to have light, gingerish hair right?.. Ah, oh well.. c'est la vie !
** EDIT ** : I also just realized that the dress is all screwed up from copying and pasting it so many times on photoshop. Grr.
