I'd like to think of this as one of those tunes that one of you is in pain,

And then the other has to pick you up from the ashes!

Please let me know if it is your cup o' tea...I'll understand if it is not! : (

Enjoy!

Tempo is 76 BPM.

I'm hoping to summons some of the Fantastically gifted, Sirens of HitRecord for a little ambience vocals on this Soundtrack style piece... Maybe some "oohing-ahhs" or maybe a little chanting ... Think Sigur Ros!

If anyone is interested, by all means...

Hope you guys like it!

So ... this sort of happened ...

Thank you bell for adding your Brilliant touch writing such a "sublime" lyric & melody to the instrumental I had posted.

I owe you yet another one!

I was trying to infuse some good ole' Black and White film romantic elegance into this piece...

Maybe someone here could use it as a resource for a short film or something to that effect.

Enjoy!

This is composition I had submitted to a  film director for a "fictitious Mega-Blockbuster film trailer".  The piece was supposed to enbody all the musical cues of an action hero/romance/ & epic grand finale all rolled into one.

*It is a damn shame the film never panned out - I would've loved the opportunity to arrange a more symphonic string arrangement.

Hey, If HitRecord ever gets a $200 + Million Dollar budget... the sky is the limit for a piece like this.

JGL, Make it so!... Just kidding, BTW.

Enjoy!

Vocals: I Am 1954

Music by:  William G.

Lyrics by:  William Gallego & Victor Velez.

So you think your life’s hard now.

Boy you’ve got one coming…

It'll be over - before you know it...

Man that’s a rough deal.

There’s this girl over there you see she’s got one coming

And she’s know nothing...but she’s knows there’s this you see

Her days are spent worrying

Man, that’s a rough deal.

It’s a mystery to me how most get through

But then there’s no one looking out for you

Man, that’s a rough deal

When some ones heart’s beating next to you,

And you still feel left with nothing.

Man, that’s a rough deal...

Don’t give me a rough deal

Won’t take that rough deal

Her heart can’t take it anymore

She wants no sympathy, Then don't look for me

 I  just wanna help!

When there’s no one looking out for you and the

tears stream down your face

Just remember, you’re not the only one

With a rough deal

I’ve got a rough deal.

He’s got that rough deal.

Don’t want that rough deal

Fuck that rough deal…

This is an original peice from a short film I had composed last year called "The Super List".

I figured it is another piece someone could use for any Video Projects down the line.

Here is the link for the short film if you'd like to see it:

Co-wrote the lyrics of a little "country/rock song" awhile back with some slide guitar arrangement.

Looking to collaborate and complete it if there are any strong rock/country crooners out there in the HitRecord community.

Please forgive the mix ...Oh and yes, that is yours truly "attempting" to sing this thing...

Here is another Jazz Piece Instrumental I've been arranging that could benefit from some Hitrecord smooth soothing vocalist love.

I wrote this out with a sexy, jazzy, smokey vocal in mind. It is sketch for now, more or less.

Anyone that might be intersested-by all means.

Would love to hear what any vocalists or lyricist have in mind for such a piece.

Any or all musicians welcome!
