1.        Demons  by   Imagine Dragons   

I’ve been listening to this one for a while now [almost a year], but I can never stop and I really don’t want to.

2.        Kiss Me  by  Ed Sheeran   

I don’t know why it took me forever to listen to Ed [I’d always heard of him]. But the moment I did, I fell in love with him, his voice and his style. Also, the lyrics are great.

3.        Shake It out  by  Florence + The Machine   

I’d heard this song a while back but never knew who the artist was. Recently, it got stuck in my head and I just had to get it. Now, I can’t stop playing it.

4.        Six Degrees Of Separation by The Script   

So, while I’ve never really minded The Script, I’ve just never been a huge fan. This song makes me want to reevaluate my stance on that.  I personally think it’s one of their best.

5.        Its time  by  Imagine Dragons   

The message of this song [like all Imagine Dragons’ songs] is…needed. It’s beautiful. It took a while to grow on me, I had for three months before I fell in love with it. My best friend loved it the first time she heard it.

6.        Life After You by  Daughtry   

Daughtry is an awesome, underrated band. For me, ‘Life After You’ is their absolute best. Unarguably. In my opinion.

7.        Happy  by  Secrets In Stereo   

I, honestly, am offended that secrets in stereo aren’t more famous. With songs like ‘Happy’, they should always be on the radio. Always.

8.        Secrets  by  One Republic   

‘Secrets’ reminds me exactly why Ryan Tedder [lead singer of One Republic] is one of the best music writers out there, presently. While ‘Secrets’ is not recent, it kind of just popped up on my radar again and I remembered why I was [practically] obsessed with it when I first heard it.

9.        Lazarus  by  Porcupine Tree   

The perfect song to fall asleep to or listen to after a particularly stressful day. It’s easy, slow, comfortable. I came across it by accident when I was searching for some other song. [Serendipity]. Best. Mistake. Recently. Made.

10.        If I Lose Myself  by  One Republic   

This is One Republic’s most recent release. It’s not their best but it’s still pretty good. It’s faithful to the ‘One Republic’ style and it would make my ‘One Republic’s Top 10 list’, guaranteed.
