Some ideas for bundled-up monsters to go on my holiday cards that ultimately did not make the final cut, but were too cute to not give a home.
Oh, hey, I'm alive! Sadly, my creative efforts have, as of late, been directed in many other directions, but I will be coming to the Providence show, and since I lost my memory card for my (old, crappy) camera this summer, why not try to get my hands on a (new, snazzy) camera?
And no, that's not a naturally occurring rock stack. I make those when I go to the beach. Some people build castles, I stack stuff. Less sand in sensitive areas that way.
NOTE: Some personal problems have come up and mean, sadly, I'm not going to be able to make it to this show. If you were planning on giving a camera to me, it should be give it to someone else.
I'm just going to go ahead and assume I'm not the only person who thinks about how different animals would look wearing Groucho Marx glasses.
The Forgotten are spirits of abandoned hopes and dreams that wrap around your eyes until all you can see is what could have been.
(Or: a mid-afternoon doodle shamelessly inspired by toryelena and Miyazaki, because I can.)
