Text_notecard_shadow_top_left Inspired by the other Halloween collabs by mochomito and Quinceycg, and by all of the Halloween art and stories I've been seeing. Everything we love about Halloween.

Video/Audio/Text/Image of anything that has to do with Halloween.

Ghouls, ghosts, bats, vampires, zombies, werewolves, full moons, demons, blood and gore, evil clowns, pumpkins, black cats, cemeteries, trick or treaters, candy, decorations, spiders, webs, scary noises, scary songs, monsters, scary voices, witches, mummies, reanimation... I could keep going but you get the gist of it. Everything Halloween.

Text_notecard_shadow_top_left I saw another Tarot collaboration on here but it had a different motive than what I want to express. So, I thought I'd create my own in case anyone wants to join.

When I think of the Tarot I think of spirituality, psychology, future, destiny, magick, art, creativity, love, lust, wealth, death, rebirth, evil, good, and just life in general. I look at it as pure guidance and enlightenment.

If you think of the Tarot from a non-spiritual view it is still, unmistakeably the beauty of life.

So my proposal is to draw/write/create anything that is related to the Tarot, anyone's version. Myself, I have studied the Thoth deck for nearly 10 years and have a great respect for the genius of Aleister Crowley (bad reputation and all).

The artist he chose for the Thoth deck was amazing beyond belief. Her ability to catch his every detail was nothing short of devotion. Her name was Frieda Harris.

The Tarot is a true artistic inspiration in all aspects of life and I believe a collaboration on this subject could spawn great stories/videos/songs/etc. Be it an inspirational drawing, a horrifying story, a movie about love, a poem about hate, it all can fit in with a card from the Tarot.

Anyway, it's worth a shot!

Text_notecard_shadow_top_left I keep one at my bedside to jot down my dreams every day. I've had dreams spawn drawings and huge stories.

Do you keep a dream journal?

If you do, post some of your entries (even the strangest ones written in your worst late-night handwriting), or drawings/video/audio/photography that reminds you of or talks about a dream you had.

Rewrite, remix, revitalize, and refresh someone else's dream and turn it into a great of big bunch of stories/videos/animations.

If you don't keep a journal.. well, why not? Tell us why, start one, or illustrate another person's dream.

And If you don't dream, add that too! Start trying to dream, think about it before you sleep at night and see if anything dreams itself up.

(Remember, daydreams count too.)

Text_notecard_shadow_top_left I know it's a bit of an uncomfortable subject but that's the point - making your phobia into something funny, awkward, stupid, or just plain ridiculous. You can draw/paint it or just write a text, or make a video/audio RECord talking about your phobia. My original inspiration for this was the Tiny Story (Ladybug) by casvellon.

My phobias are Coccinellidaephobia and Arachnophobia - the fear of ladybugs and the fear of spiders.

I think this would be fun or at least a place to start overcoming that fear. Come on. What are you afraid of?

Text_notecard_shadow_top_left I thought it would be neat to create a story based on the old nursery rhyme "This is the House that Jack Built" published in 1755. On-going illustratiions, drawings, short stories, video narration, etc with the basis in the original poem creating something large in the long run. I thought that the poem really fit hitRECord because of each line adding something new. Just a thought.

(Original Nursery Rhyme. 1755)

This is the house that Jack built.

This is the malt that lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the cat that killed the rat
That ate the malt that lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the cow with the crumpled horn
That tossed the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the maiden all forlorn
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn
That tossed the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the man all tattered and torn
That kissed the maiden all forlorn
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn
That tossed the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the priest all shaven and shorn
That married the man all tattered and torn
That kissed the maiden all forlorn
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn
That tossed the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the cock that crowed in the morn
That waked the priest all shaven and shorn
That married the man all tattered and torn
That kissed the maiden all forlorn
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn
That tossed the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the farmer sowing his corn
That kept the cock that crowed in the morn
That waked the priest all shaven and shorn
That married the man all tattered and torn
That kissed the maiden all forlorn
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn
That tossed the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the horse and the hound and the horn
That belonged to the farmer sowing his corn
That kept the cock that crowed in the morn
That waked the priest all shaven and shorn
That married the man all tattered and torn
That kissed the maiden all forlorn
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn
That tossed the dog that worried the cat
That killed the rat that ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.
