I have been on HitRECord for four months or so, but it feels like a lot longer. Don't you just love seeing new RECords and thinking 'Oh this RECord is so typically [Insert HitRECorder's name here]'. I suppose I would say my records are usually random, decorative, and detailed - occasionally I throw a bit of humor in (such as 'GNAT Appropriate'), depending on my mood of course! I love painting, drawing, photography, illustration - and I have an unhealthy addiction to tiny stories. I've put my only video in my reel - a bit of a HitRECord in-joke concerning kittens... I guess the RECord I'm most proud of is 'Tiny Story: Long Distance Relationship' just it makes me smile when people keep it alive by REmixing it. Xxx Origami

P.S. TO ALL YOU STOP-MOTION ANIMATORS OUT THERE:
As RegularJOE said in the most recent 'THE REGULARITY' it would be great if we could get some more tiny stories in video/animation form... I think I'm too impatient to try a stop motion at the moment and I'm probably terrible - so If anybody wanted to make a stop motion it would be cool to get a pencil drawing of the big hand and the little hand moving around a clock - with little faces on the arrows... when the arrows overlap the faces are happy, and then they tear up as time moves on and the hands are further apart... Then the battery dies... and by chance - the hands are crossed over... so they get fixed like that... :D

Okay, So I was so pleased that everyone liked the first one...
So here is the uncropped version...

I have remixed it a little bit too, some cross-processing...

- It is mixed media so the top left is a playing card, some of the print is small cuttings from napkins and things I found lying around the house (like the flamingo cutting - which I painted on top of and changed a bit). Kinda fantastical I hope - it also uses iridescent glitter, and real beads and jewels etc. A watercolor as usual...

The Alice figure is of course a copy of the original Tenniel illustration so credits for him of course, but they are part of the original Carrol piece which is a public document.
