Inside a treehouse her head lay down. Torn and bloodied laughed Eddie the clown. A storm of light, he ran all through the night to where the young child lay. "Come then young one, let us not linger! The night is young, as is your tongue, lets sing us a song and run away!" The child followed with a hypnotic tenacity, steady she moved like a drug in an acid fiend. Then a cracking cackle rose from a ditch, not one muscle twitched as up flew a witch. "Hello my pretty, it is I Hollow Creek, I come in bad company so watch your small feet. Up roared a pack of thin hungry wolves, rabid and ravenous they moved like a ghoul. Plees of desperation were none to be heard, not one of them cheeped, not even a bird. The girl was now crying, her head in her hands, the drug had worn off, reality stung like a brand. "What was the meaning of this hideous night?? How did I get here, it just is not right!" But no one could hear the cries from her face, not even a mouse that had gone on a date. Tattered and toiled a wolf came her way, a coat of soft fur, a stone ridden gray. "I dont seek your flesh, oh young one, dont you see? I come for your company I'm lonely just me. So let us walk on this senescent night, I promise your safety, these teeth shall not bite." Up through the woods the two of them swayed, the girl on his back, to a clearing they came. The moon was not full, not even a bit, it had gone out for good, no more was it lit. "Oh young one oh sweetheart oh please stop your crying, make too much noise and your heart will be frying! |

cinematic.audiophile took such a stellar lead on this piece, he kept refining his edits to like 8 versions, adding more shots and the sound board audio. He really did a great job that without him my edit would have been a serious chore. So thank you very much.
I wanted to revisit this piece to see if there was anywhere we could go with it and well, I got carried away. So I want to upload this in it's current form to get some feedback from you guys. Do you like it? Does it work?
I chose to make the conversation black and white in an attempt to equalize the disparity in video quality. I also kept the majority of their conversation in 3 different camera angles because this piece more than any other is very much performanced based. And they are in the audience so it's easier to convey the atomsphere than if they were on stage.
(btw - there is a wild frame in there - to late to fix it now - so we will get it on the revisions)

Please follow the results to the newer mix with piano.
Added guitar, bass, drums, and organ to Chigwinkle's great jazz riff. It would be awesome if somebody could add some jazz piano. I thought this could work for accompaniment to the Shadow Jazz Band.
