Well, they're all special, really, but this one kind of more-so. So, here's what I plan to spend it on!

I put all the thank you notes from HitRECord for my writing / other work over various rejection letters for my novel. C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER! :D

Please don't arrest me though.

I had my 7 month ultrasound today. It was hard to get a good image, because apparently my future child is massively hyperactive and unable to be still. Anyway, she got an image of half of his face. I looked at it for a long while, thinking how creepy ultrasound pics were, that it's kind of disturbing all the way you can see bones and brains, and how shadows and smudges make things look somewhat horrifying in there.

And somewhere along the line I thought the shape of his face looked a little familiar. So I found the very first photo taken of me when I was like, an hour old, and I put them side by side.

I think I can see some similarities, but then, all newborns (and fetuses, I suppose) tend to look alike anyway, so. ^_^
