Let’s do some Flash Fiction.

To clarify, Flash Fiction is basically a style of fiction that is extemporaneous (written with little or no preparation or forethought) and in most cases are extremely brief. (And as with all stories a beginning, a middle and an end)

WRITERS – Short stories should be 250 words or less. Poetry is also VERY welcome, but should be brief...

Use one of the prompts as a jumping off point for your flash fiction. Of course, the prompt does not have to be the first line in your contribution(s), BUT you must mention the prompt somewhere in your writing.

Writing Prompt(s): 

“His grin quietly disappeared…”

"I say when its over..."

"I need you to understand something before I kill you..."

"The conversation started out playful..."

"The four closed ranks..."

"A shaft of light cut into the room..."

Instead of contributing a mess load of prompts I've just listed them here.

I hope these stories can be paired up with some great MUSIC, IMAGES, and/or VIDEOS…
