HelloLindsayyyyyy's Collaborations

Post photos of currency that has writing on it. You gotta figure, if they're writing it on a dollar, it must mean somethin'! Even if it's just that they couldn't find a piece of paper. |

Step 1: Look through your recommendations and choose 3 RECords, any RECords you want Step 2: Add your own spin on it Step 3: RElease your new collaboratively made RECord I'm curious to see what we come up with. And I know what I just posted is pretty much the point of hitRECord already, but I'm finding it difficult to stay on task. ;] |

Here's my attempt to "make inspiration." =] hitRECord is getting lots of new members, which means there's people here from all over the world. My idea is simple, take a camcorder, phone, what ever you have that shoots video, tape it to your dashboard on your car, shoot while you're on a bus or riding your bike, a horse carriage, roller blading..what ever mode of transportation and drive around your city, or the most popular city closest to you. If you can include some popular places that many people have heard of, or statues and things like that, that are popular in your city, even better. If not, it doesn't matter. Speed up your video, and post it here. Or, post your video and someone else can speed up your video. If anyone cares to do this, i'm thinking then that somebody can write a little something about how hitRECord is moving across the globe. Maybe it can include pieces from REGULARJoe's REGULARITY audio clip that he posted on the last version of the site, where he spoke really fast and reminded me of an announcer at a horse race. You know the one i'm talking about? But those are just two ideas, the driving around the world montage can be played under anything. ARA's "i'm not here, i'm here in the Philippines" part of her roll call is what sparked an interest in doing this. Can anyone else see this coming together in their head? http://www.hitrecord.org/records/41268/forum |

I don't think one of these is already started, but if it is, please delete this and accept my apologies! Watching us at Sundance has gotten me amped up. "I want us to make movies, I want us to have a TV show..." I want us to, too, Joe. Let's get to work. ;] For all you writers, actors, actresses and idea thrower outters ;], release your ideas for visual media here! Maybe we'll come across a script that could become the next big time movie, or the next Morgan M. Morgansen. =] And why not? We are limitless! |

My Collaborations never go anywhere, and I always want to delete them about an hour after I post them, yet I always, initially, seem to convince myself that "This time every one will totally feel my passion and totally want to contribute and be as ambitious and excited about the idea as I am!" The power of self persuasion. ;] Does anyone have any thing they'd like to do before they die? Something they haven't done yet? Any one have a list? I know I do. I take life as seriously and as light heartedly as possible. Things don't often make sense together with me, because I think I am a tadbit bipolar. But, what ever, it works for me. The seriousness comes in to play in the sense that my biggest fear is wasting my life. Morgan Freeman said, in the Bucket List, that "45 years went by so fast," and waking up at the ripe age of 66 and being in the same predicament I am now is the scariest path I could take in life. I'm not uptight about it, but it does give me drive to make something better for myself. Admittedly, most of the best days of my life have not been planned. I can't guarantee that making a list of the things you'd like to do, or accomplish before you die will be as self satisfying as I imagine, but writing these ambitions down no matter how small or large, unrealistic or totally plausible they may be, in itself has been rewarding. So, having said that, I challenge you to come up with your own Bucket List. A list compiled of some things you want to do, or accomplish, before you "kick the bucket." I had the idea that since there's so many hitRECorders from all around the world, that if someone on here has done or accomplished something on your list, maybe they could send you a RECord of how it went/how it felt/what it was like. Maybe a picture, or a particular memory. For instance, number one on my list is to go to Ireland. I'm sure somebody on here has been and could send me a pic or something of how it went. I don't know. Bucket Lists. Got one? hitRECord. Man I ramble a lot. |
