This is something I filmed last winter, when we had a massive snowfall.. My friend Jane, was an exchange student from Australia - she had never seen snow in her life, this was the first time playing in the snow. As you can see, she was very excited :)
Last winter here in Denmark was one of the coldest ever. It started snowing again that evening, and for the first time in almost 100 years, we got about 3 feet of snow a few days before Christmas. It kept snowing on and off for weeks, and the snow didn't melt completely till march. It was actually a huge crisis here, because the whole country ran completely out of salt for the first time ever, and all the snowplowing completely blew the state budget. But that's not really what mattered to me.. Even though I see snow every winter, it amazes me each time how beautiful snow makes everything.
We lived in a Winter Wonderland for 3 months :)
