You always wish impossible things
Like love and trust and diamond rings
I only wish that you could see
That none of these belong to me
He breathes in the cold air, that is surrounding him
He's looking up to the sky, and a falling snowflake touches his cheek
His body is shivering, and he feels like he's going to die
He can't die yet, because
His heart is burning with love
Her heart is burning with love
Because she can't die yet
Her body is drowned, and she feels like she's not going to make it
She's looking around, but her eyesight is blurry
She can't breathe in, because there is no air surrounding her---
Yet another little poem I wrote years ago. Hope you like it.
It means to live YOUR life. Not the life they've cut out for you.
Or simply put: Independence is preferring Luigi when everyone else likes Mario.
The young man chased the young woman down the street."M'am! You've forgotten your umbrella!"She turned around, looked at the red umbrella in his hand and smiled.
Darling would you like to see? What's hidden deep inside of me?Then come and take a look! It's not written in a book! But I've got to warn you thoughIt's nothing that I'd ever showMy father, my mother, my nan, my sisDon't know a single thing 'bout this!It isn't silver, it is not goldsomething borrowed, something oldit is more precious than anythingbut not a silly diamond ringIt's something that you cannot seebecause it's hidden inside of me
Thoughtfully, I'm walking down a road
Lonely, because your aren't here
So apparent is becoming the load
And my swiftly rising fear
You are close, but oh so far away
So desperately I stray
To get somehow through
To find only you
Will you ever notice my face
So that I can see the light
I want to feel your warm embrace
On this cold autumn night
Finally I stand and stop
And look to the dim heaven above
Crying to the clouds, the stars, the moon
"Will our hearts be together soon?"
But no one's answering my call
On this cold and lonesome day in fall---
