Sometimes I look down at my hand and I see this faint little broken scar, a scar that I know has been there for most of my life. Of all the scars I do have, this one seems to have stayed with me the longest and for whatever reason I don't remember how I got it. It makes me think that if this scar across MY skin tells a story that I don't even know, well gee whiz imagine all the other folks with scars. Memories, fibs and tall tales make us all interesting PEOPLE. But scars make us human, delicate and fragile. Whatever facade we build, the wounds of our flesh and soul will always take us back to the truth, of...US. This little scar of mine has a big, booming story and I honestly hope to RECollect it very soon! 

           p.s. If you ever forget who you are, well my dear just look at your scars. <3
