cisco's RED felt like a perfect fit. i just played w/ highlights, etc.. (and obviously greyscale) but it's her stance & facial expression that really touched me ^__^
Fractaldust's lovely image made me think of this : if we are a tiny story when we're little, we do become a book of tiny stories, growing up. We are first the story of our birth, of our parents, our first friends, and then we "collect" tiny stories little by little and become a book. I like this idea.
(and it is also related to the tiny story project, which all started with one tiny story !)
I thought I would post this little sample of some laughs I started playing around with. You can still contribute laugh tracks to the collab! The more I have to work with the better!

Metaphorest's Wanderer, with piano by PASIV. Gorgeous lyrics and music. I started this video pretty long time ago. That's why there's snow. There was snow outside my window :) Only now I've got time to finish it. Everything here is made from hitrecord records, textures, etc. The only thing I couldn't find for this video was a picture of tree, big enough, for close ups. So I will upload PNG tree I made, if anyone will find it useful for anything else.

I have to wonder, if dreams gods way of giving us the impossible, even if it's just for a little while? Or are they his way of teasing us, because we eventually have to wake up?

This is my remix of MoiSanom's suuuper cute "then they reached the skies" =(^_^)=
I hope it will upload...There are around 110 frames 0_o ( 12 frames/ sec I think) and it took me almost 10 hours to complete (that is probably because I still have tons of stuff to learn about animating) :P
But...10 hours for 10 seconds...come on! Lol, however, it was so fun! :D
So hevn (in its absolute cuteness:) is just floarting around, it feels strange all of a sudden... urth appears and they swirlly :P unite metamorphosing into the yin-yang symbol :}
Photoshop (drawing, remixing) & Photoscape (shimmer effects on water, animation)
P.S. I felt so close to MoiSanom and Danah while animating their illustrations...because I noticed every little detail they added and every brushstroke...strange but nice feeling <(^_^<)
