Adeel4Real's RECommendations
"Everything is on fire" video, troisième!
I combined Dr. Gory video with wirrow's "coulouring fire" + some other RECords I saved for that project. Of course it's still not finished so please join in.

I didn't know what else to call this RECord, so I simply named it "SXSW / twenty ten." This is essentially my take on a recap video of the live shows hitRECord put on in Austin, Texas. I tried to encompass as much of how I felt about SXSW into this one.
This begins as a REmix of my first Interstitial Video, but then it goes into some of the moments I found most memorable and special out of the shows, as well as stuff that just so happened to cut well to the music I selected.
If I had to pick out a moment of this that I would want people to remember, I'd have to say it's the final moment of this video when Joe is watching RECords up on the big screen. The light happened to turn red and it was a great moment to have been captured of this site's creator enjoying the work he has helped us all create.
As an editor of other people's footage, I am always in debt to those that RECorded anything I've used. And in this particular case I really just want to highlight the work of milkriverfilm. His 18 minute "HitRECord @ South by Southwest" is something a lot of people seem to have missed. With only 166 views and 5 hearts as of now I feel it's something that got slept on and I encourage all of you to go check it out! It's marvelous!

Lula's choreographed (possible) finale for the dance dance repetition, ended Wednesday night's program, in the Micro Cinema.
I locked the picture yesterday so Nathan could get to work on the score. We need musicians to play the parts of this sketch!
Morgan M. Morgansen's Date with Destiny started as a simple idea for a collaboration. "Let's try to write with made up words," proposed Albert. Metaphorest wrote the short story. I RECorded a voiceover reading. Jenyffer started drawing the characters, Tori started animating the drawings. Lula and I RECorded a live action rendition in front of white walls. Lawrie Brewster picked that up and created the stunning visual landscape. And along the way there's been, I don't know, a hundred (?) or two contributions from all over the hitRECord community.
