Do you ship international?
Yes!

Can I submit a design to the store?
Yes, but not directly here. All shirt designs begin on hitRECord.org in the various merchandise collaborations: T-Shirts, Posters, Odds & Ends. The store can’t accept direct design submissions.

How are designs chosen for production?
The short answer: Joe decides. He uses the " recommendations" of the whole community as a guide, but ultimately, if he likes it and thinks it will be a popular item then we produce it.

Where can I submit a suggestion for a new product?
You can submit new product ideas to the Odds & Ends merchandise collaboration. Or you can start a new collaboration with your idea.

Can I buy any of these products in a store near me?
No, not at this time. Currently, the RECord Store and some Live Tour Events are the only places to purchase hitRECord products. Please note, credit cards are usually not accepted at the live events, and the merchandise selection is more limited than what is available here.

Does Joe or the HitRECord Team read emails sent to the store support?
No, the Record Store email goes directly to the fulfillment house, TheRecordStore@hitRECord.org, for the merchandise and is used for store- and product-related questions only.

Return Policy
If you ordered the wrong size, or need to return your order, please ship it back to us along with a check for the exact amount you paid for shipping. After we receive your original item, we will ship back your new item. Please note that all returned merchandise must be in re-sellable condition.
