Saying no to forgetting myself/yourself
I stopped by the wall, in my mind, where Tori saw this gigantic NO and felt inspired by that. Forgetting to take care of yourself can be destructive and i promised myself not to do that anymore. Begin with yourself and then help others, since that is what i want to do.
