I have this image in my head for the buffalo/caveman scene where the buffalo is grazing > spots the caveman holding up his thumb, biting tongue, tilting head, squinting at him (getting perspective blah blah) > buffalo is perplexed by this strange act > quick move to shot of buffalo being painted on cave wall.
