Hello guys!!!!

Hope you are all doing great, I am still busy, in fact the next week I’ll be moving to the new house, I have to finish a Project of my work (it have to be done in 5 days) and I’ll be celebrating in August 30 my 2nd anniversary at Hitrecord, and I’ve been working on something with other Hitrecorders, is a surprise, so you’ll see this next Friday YAY! Hope you like it!

Anyway, I am not going to be able to make my introduction video this week either, in fact, I think that the next weekend I am not going to make my RE RECS at all, so, here you have my regular video showing the records that I am recommending (music, Illustrations, Videos and Collabs) and if you want to know why I am recommending all these records and my ideas and thoughts about each one of them, please read here below, and don’t forget to go and recommend all these fantastic RECords!

RECS:

• Bang by AdrienneLovette: This is one of my favorite illustrations for the Unicorn Collab, there are a lot of great contributions for all the different characters, but this one is my favorite of the main character, the girl!!! She looks so fearless and it seems like she doesn’t care about anything, Adrienne, just made another version of her in front and is also fantastic, great job with this one Adrienne!


• Henrietta, The Night Nurse (Tiny Remix) by KatM: this is a fantastic Remix made by Kat based on mirtle’s illustration, I find this character really interesting and a perfect addition to the Grimm Gallery, I would love to see more stories about this character.


• House on a Hill by mirtle: mirtle did it again! She is constantly contributing with wonderful illustrations and that really beautiful but also, are very useful for Remixes, especially as backgrounds for a lot of purposes, This one is just great, I think it could work very well for the Grimm Collab and also for animations or short films, This is a haunted house perhaps?


• Ivy by Tookithometojenny: I just love this girl, it’s a very well done illustration, it seems like she is alive, especially her eyes, it seems like she is looking at you, I already made a Remix using Ivy, but I would love to see somebody making an animation for her, someone?? Great Job Tookithometojenny, please keep them coming!


• Margrette the mermaid by LydiaSaskia: Lydia is contributing with a lot of great illustrations for the Unicorn Collab, her unicorn is my favorite so far, but I think that this mermaid is my favorite; Margrette is so weird and beautiful at the same time that you have to fall in love with her!   


• Nadezhda by Fryclad: Another great contribution for the character collab and the kids Vrs Monsters collab, She seems to be a little and normal girl, but she is a very dangerous kid as we can see, I think that this kind of characters have a lot of potential, because you can play with them as much as you want, create stories for them, remixes or animations/short films, and also maybe someone can add some colors to her!


• Never Ending by Debra Lou: I really love Debra’s work in general, but this one is my favorite, she is another artist that have a unique style, and she can prove it through this illustration that she made for The End collab made by Wirrow, she already made a story for this illustrations, but I think it have a lot of potential for more interpretations. Great job Debra, please keep them coming!


• How m00njumper Hit(S) Record by m00njumper: This is my favorite video so far for the How do you Hitrecord collab. I love to see other hitrecorders in the environment where they create the wonderful music, illustrations, remixes or text that they share with us at HR, and this is a perfect example on how we can be more close to our HR friends, through a video that show them in a regular day, just showing us how and where they HitRECord! Love this!!!


• Ornamental Rune by Effects guy: Effects Guy has been contributing with some great videos and animations, this is my favorite so far, I think that it’s really interesting, and we need this kind of contributions at HR, especially for video editors and Remixers! I really enjoyed the 13 seconds that it last, Please Effects guy, we want to see more!


• Optimistic by Xid Ximil: Another wonderful character, I especially love the colors and the style that Xid Ximil used for creating this illustration, I think it could be useful for remixers and also maybe someone can make a tiny story for her? Who is she? What’s the story of this character? :)


• REC Life V5 (Collage) by Emma Conner (REC life project Collab): This is a wonderful collage that Emma did for the REClife Project/Collab made by herself, She used for this collage hundreds of snapshots of life that some hitrecorders took, I think that this is such a good idea, taking in consideration that we have a lot of great photographers at HR, I think that you all should take a look at this project Collab and join it!


• She Married a Rat (V2) by sojushots: I adore this illustration, really, I think that is brilliant and that it’s a great resource for animators or remixers, and it can be very useful for the Grimm Gallery too, great job as always Evan! :)


• Staring Contest by Steph.posa: Another great illustration, I really love this, the expression of the kid is fantastic, and well, we can create a lot of remixes for it. I also recommend to take a look at Steph.posa work, is really beautiful and I think her style and the colors that she used for her illustrations are great!


• The Assassin by Vedder: V made this as a collaboration for the One Scene Photo collab, which I think is a great idea, I love the concept of this collab from the beginning, so I am recommending this wonderful remix made by Vedder that is a perfect example on how to contribute for the collab, and also I am recommending Kubi’s collab One Scene photo, lots of potential and a lot of great pictures to play with.


• The Catrina Sisters by saintmaker: I love these girls! Saint contribute with them a long time ago and now we can see them here with a different style, I really think that these sisters need a story, and of course they are perfect for remixing purposes too! Love them!!!


• Unicorn Character Sheet by 80percent: I love 80percent style, there are a lot of great contributions for the unicorn collab and 80percent’s illustrations are just beautiful, very colorful and unique, I recommend the illustrations and also I am recommending this new hitrecorder! • The Grimm Gallery by Metaphorest (Collab): One of my favorite Collabs at Hitrecord since I joined almost 2 years ago, I love scary, creepy and mysterious things and this is the perfect collab for it, And now that Halloween is coming, I think that this is the best collab to work on HR right now. It have a lot of potential, we can make new characters, stories, remixes and then create animations and short films with them, Great job Meta for creating this collab for all of us! :)

Music Recommendations for this week:

• Ballerina Super Hero Theme Song by MonkeyChow: MonkeyChow is a fantastic musician, I love his music and this is not the exception, he creates this great song for the Ballerina Superhero Collab (Which I think you should all go and check too). Great job as always MonkeyC!


• Land of the Lost Songs by Johnny Clyde: Poor Johnny, he lost every single song he ever written days ago and he made this beautiful and sad song in their honor, and even when it was made for a sad moment, I LOVE IT, I think  that making music is a perfect way to express what we feel and Johnny did in a fantastic way!
