Heres a Flash Tutorial for beginners. Sorry the audio is funky.

Hopefully this tutorial will help you guys wanna be animators to really experiment with what it means to be an animator. Post your animations on here too if you export your own animations.

To export when you're done make sure you delete or remove or save a newer version before you export a movie or image sequence from flash. Even though you may have the layer hidden or outlined flashI will ignore that when exporting. To find where to export goto 'File' > 'Export' > and select your format. Sometimes when exporting a QuickTime movie from flash, the frame rates will change to the codec of the filetitle your selecting--most codecs are forvideo which is 29.99 frames per second or 30 frames persecond. The best way around this is to either export / render your entire sequence of your timeline so you can compile in After Effects or an editing program. Just make sure you tell those programs to recognize the sequence as footage and not an image. And last tip in flash about exporting, leave the resolution at 72dpi unless you plan or rescaling it up at a higher res later. Hit render and let Flash do its thing. Almost always it will do one of two things make a error sound but say its finished and actually finished OR it will fail on youbecause you might not have enough memory or space on your machine.
