So I moved out of town. Months later a close friend had told me she had walked into a party and shouted out my name, to this mysterious new girl in surprise. Then I heard it happened with a few other friends.
Soon later I received a facebook message from this supposed doppelganger;
Ms.Doppelganger: I was mistaken for you twice today.
Me: One of these days I'll run into you and we'll do a little mime dance.
Ms.Doppelganger: But what if when we come face to face the universe implodes?
Me: I suppose that would be a pretty spectacular ending or new beginning!

Sometime thereafter my boyfriend and I broke up. Oddly enough they ended up dating not so much later. I finally met her at a mutual friends barbeque (the old boyfriend was with her) and we jokingly did that little mime dance. Then I said "I think we're still here." We laughed. And then I tried my darndest not to stare in their direction without thinking how strange.. and it was, kind of.........well, you know.
