HELLO GUYS!

These are my recommendations for this week, June Sunday 24, 2012.

I am recommending 18 records (music, illustrations, Collabs, Videos) and also 2 hitrecorders, I am going to recommend 2 hitrecorders each week, one old hitrecorder (someone that joined HR a long time ago) and one new Hitrecorder (Someone that joined HR recently). You can see the intro of my video for more information about some of these records and both hitrecorders recommended this week. Please go and check all the records in this video, recommend them and make comments about them. HUGS!

RE RECS:

1. Into The White by CalEye: Beautiful shot! I really love that you can see in the background the silhouette of 2 people walking in the middle of the street and all the cars and trees covered by the beautiful snow, great picture!!


2. Snow White and Rose Red by sojushots: Just WOW! One of my favorite sojushots records so far, this is a fantastic illustration, I love the characters Snow white and Rose Red, maybe somebody can make a Tiny Story or a story for them, also I’ll be happy to see them animated or in some kind of tiny film, someone?? Beautiful as always soju.


3. Just Little Daises by Bloemday: I love flowers and the daises and sunflowers are some of my favorite, this picture is perfect, I love the colors, great shot Bloemy!!!!


4. Always, A light (Album) by TheSerpentTheCharmer: This album is fantastic, great resources especially for remixers, I recommend all the illustrations included in this album, play with them, make new records, add some objects and people, the possibilities are endless. Great job TheSerpent! By the way, this album was featured by Marke yesterday, before I uploaded this Re REC video, so I am super excited that this album was noticed. :)


5. Invisible Snack by ThadicalRadical: A great and different contribution made by ThadicalRadical to the Invisible Family Collab, he took this illustration made by mirtle, made a few changes and creates a story for the invisible family and the result was great! Please keep contributing with this collab guys.


6. Monster Adventures (Tiny Story) by Vedder: This is a great example of how an illustration made by another hitrecorder (in this case by mirtle) can be an inspiration for writers to create a new Tiny Story, in this case Vedder made this beautiful tiny story inspired in this cute drawing. At Hitrecord we have thousands of illustrations, so writers, go and use them to create new stories.


7. Slip Stone Wood by Artanon: I love this illustration. The combination of colors is fantastic; I think that this is a great resource for remixers. Great job as always artanon!


8. Jazz Trio Remix by aimeecanto: The last week, I recommended the illustration: Jazz Trio made by yes-you-am, this week, aimee made a great remix using this resource, I think that she did a great job choosing the resources for this remix; they really work great together :) 


9. Falling into a Dream by belcath1981: Another fantastic remix made by belcath, believe it or not is one of my favorites of belcath so far, as always she chose the perfect resources and creates a magic place, great job dear!


10. Russell (paper remix) by sinnamin: Sin, your skills making all these characters just with paper are getting better and better, this is fantastic and I love the colors that you chose for Russell. Just beautiful.


11. The Sad Marionette (REMIX) by Anita: Great remix made by Anita. This kind of remixes show how hitrecord works, it was first a text: The Sad Marionette, made by saintmaker for the Sad Collab, then other people, including me, make illustrations for this sad character, and then, Anita using this and another resources creates another remix, that’s the beauty of HR. Great work Anita.


12. Comic with Empty Speech Bubbles Collab by Sophierumi: Great collab, it have so much potential. If you want to know my recommendations and ideas for this collab, check the introduction of my weekly video.


13. Our Blah Blahs Collab by mirtle: Brilliant collab, full of possibilities, also, if you want to know about my ideas and recommendations for this collab, please check my video.


14. The Invisible Family has a House party by LilacAmy11: Great contribution for the Invisible family collab, Amy did this video using a resource uploaded by pprescott, which mas perfect for the invisible family and the result was great, awesome job Amy!


15. The Invisible Family plays charades by themetafictionist: One of my favorite videos for the invisible family so far, such a clever idea, I can see more videos like this one coming soon: Invisible family playing cards or playing jenga, Great Job Rainey.


16. Zombie Death by Babaloo112: BRAINS! I love zombies so I am in love with this video, it’s really well done and very creative, I think that you (Babaloo112) can continue making more videos like this one, but with different characters, maybe some HR characters? It could be great.

Music Recommendations:

-          Rough Deal (I am 1945) by WilliamG_Music & Lights Out (P & P REMIX) by Pamagotchi: 2 great musicians and w beautiful songs. William took the song Rough Deal by I am 1945 and made a great mix and Pammy with her beautiful voice, and in collaboration with another of my favorite singers at HR (ppeppina) made this mix for this beautiful song. Great job guys.
