These are my recommendations for this week, hope you enjoy the video and please go and check all the records that I am recommending here, and recommend them as well:

NOTE: Sorry, I didn’t add any picture of the Hitrecord Postcard collab made by missamerica or the Postcards for the summer collection 2012 marke’s video, but I am recommending this Collab at the beginning and I am talking about it there, I am recommending both collabs this week.

RE RECS:

1. Birdland by sojushots: Another fantastic illustration made by soju, I think that this is really cute and beautiful. I was imagining this animated, all the birds moving or flying, maybe someone can make my dream come true!! Great job as always Soju!


2. Bird’s nest xobreexo23: This is just beautiful, bree upload a record once in a while, but when she does, she always surprises us with stunning pictures and images like this one, I just love it!!!!


3. Born from the Stars by swaylooza: sway, I missed you and I missed your records, you’ve been always one of my favorite, if you guys are not familiar with swaylooza’s work, just go and check her page at HR, I think that this is beautiful, the colors are perfect and I love how you create the stars and the sky. Great job as always sway!


4. I love You postcard by pprescott: There are a lot of great contributions for the Summer collection postcards request made by Marke, but this one is one of my favorites, this time, Paula chose one of my favorite images: I love you by Fractaldust, and create this beautiful postcard, I would buy it in a second, so, please, include this postcard in the summer collection.


5. Jazz trio by yes-you-am: I love this, it’s just perfect, I would have it as a poster in my room, in fact I think that this can be very useful as an illustration for the HITRECORDERLY Vinyl Albums, don’t you think?


6. Loss by Devine.debris: Devine have a lot of great pictures in black and white, for some reason, I love and enjoy B&W pictures, in this case I chose this one, Loss, is a picture of a house, or is this a chapel? In the middle of the woods surrounded by trees and this is located in a cemetery, so for me is a perfect shot, and this can be very useful and a great resource for Halloween.


7. Meta/mirtle remix postcard by bloemday: Another of my favorite hitrecord postcards for the summer collection, what can be better than a mirtle/meta’s postcard? Bloemy, great job as always, you chose the perfect images for this postcard, it’s just beautiful. I recommend this one for the summer collection.


8. Animation test by rewfoe: Short, funny and awesome!!! This is a short animation, but is just perfect, I really enjoyed it. Rewfoe is doing a cartoon about robot zombies which I think is a brilliant idea, in this animation you can see one of the characters kicking in the face to a robot zombie, watch it and enjoy it! I can’t wait to see the whole animation!


9. Orbit of the earth by Jeps: Beautiful! This is Jeps first record uploaded at HR (he joined on June 13) and I think he did just a fantastic job, and this is a resource that can be useful for many things. I also recommend 2 more of his records: Disperse and Up, up!!! Welcome to HR!!!


10. My kitchen by mirtle: mirtle, dear, why you are so awesome? Your work is pure magic and if this is possible, you are getting better and better! This one is just lovely! Great job as always!


11. Recording: epocadofim’s hitrecord assets by epocadofim: I recommend all this album full of HR logos, t shirts and bumpers,  epocadofim style is great, the colors are perfect, he has been contributing with fantastic, I especially like: HitRECord Bumper: Energy Orb V1 and Close To Perfection hitrecord tee graphic. Please, go and check all his contributions and use them in your records as resources.


12. Super REC robot postcard by belcath1981: My postcard recommendation #3. I really like this one because I love the REC robot, and I really think that the way how belcath used the same brown color of the image background for the second part of the postcard, make it perfect and special! Great job belcath!


13. The invisible Family Collab by ThadicalRadical: I talk about this collab in my video intro, This is a great and brilliant collab, also I think this have a lot of possibilities, keep contributing for this collab guys, have fun creating different stories and scenarios for the invisible family.


14. The lion’s despair by artanon: When I saw this drawing for the first time I just said: WOW! I especially love the colors, artanon’s work is always very colorful, and this is something that I always enjoy in any drawing or illustration, great record artanon!!


15. Tiny Maps - make me a map by janetfelts: This is a haunting illustration, you can look it at this for minutes, Janet just took 2 records: mind map by magictorch and Red Riding Hood - Blade, Blossoms, Bottle made by F.M. Gore-Kelly and create this wonderful and beautiful image, one of my favorite contributions for Tiny Maps made by Marke so far!


16. Hitrecord postcards by missamerica & Summer Collection postcards 2012 by Marke: Great contributions for the summer collection postcards 2012 and missamerica’s postcards collab, I am recommending the whole collaboration, I can’t wait to see what postcards they are going to choose for the summer collection of this year.

Music Recommendations for this week:

-          PASIV Running away remix by Gweninterrupted:  Gwen made a remix of PASIV’s Running away adding some Ah’s! I think she did a great job and I really love the result!

-          Mathemaddicts by Ray Perez: I love this song, ray Perez is one of my favorite hitrecord musicians and I always recommend his work.  He made a remix of maxsylvesterhall's "ThEnd" and Fractaldust's "Advice for Young Mathematicians", the result is wonderful.  Both songs and in my IPod now :)
