Mrs.Tibbs: i really struggled with this as i am not all that experienced in photoshop but i just uploaded the pillow template if you want to check my page. i basically just copied the art and pasted it onto the template, then dragged the corner of the personette image to resize it. i lowered the opacity so i could see the pillow underneath, the erased the edges.
that part, unfortunately was kind of rushed and sloppy and i have yet to figure out how to merge two images so that you can see both of them. i tried to even out the opacity and then increase the contrast but lost a lot of detail so i copied and pasted the picture again, this time erasing the edges of the pillow and leaving the crisper image in the center.
i'm not sure i really answered your question but i hope that helps. i have a feeling there is a much easier way to do this. you might want to check out this tutorial that belcath1981 posted. (and i think i should probably review it as well!!) happy REmixing! :C)
