Illustration for swaylooza's tiny story 'In my head'

'I do not fear the monsters under my bed. The monsters I fear, are in my head.'

I love that this story can be interpreted in different ways. The monster can be her. I saw it as the thing in her head is another version of herself and she's afraid of what she's capable of. Brings another angle to the first part of the story - why would she fear the monsters, there's one in the bed too.
