Hi there,
This is Will C. Here's a rough mix of a verse, hook, and cuts I added to the Automator track.
I added some intro vocals, a verse between 0:22 and 1:07, a hook between 1:07 and 1:31, and cuts layered on top of Automator's cuts at 1:53-2:10. I put some fun hard panning on the scratches that hopefully sound good on headphones / monitors. Hopefully they don't detract from Automator's cuts there. I think they compliment each other, but I can scrap them if need be.
I had a good time hopping on it, and I hope it's up yours & HitRECord's alley as a whole. I tried to keep it interesting... all sorts of live echo manipulation at places on my vocals, as well as some reverse reverb here and there, all that good stuff. The cuts I added were actually derived from this track on HitRECord, run through some FX on my end in Pro Tools -

I'm about to upload the cuts and vox as their own separate stems. I'll include the lyrics in the vox stem upload info!
Probably not important at this stage, but just so I keep the communication thorough... when adding my vocals, things started to clip in pro tools, so I had to bring the master fader down a bit to prevent peaking. The A Capella and Cuts track were bounced at -2 decibels from the original mix. In other words, if you were to drop them in a session with the Automator WAV, the vox and cuts would play 2 db quieter than how I had them mixed with the beat.
When it came to bouncing the rough mix, the master fader had to be dropped to -5.5 db, which will explain why it sounds like it plays a little quieter than the version on HitRECord's site for the time being.
Thank you and take care! And please feel free to check out the site! - http://willcmusic.com/
