Hello everyone,

On hitRECord the RECords you upload must be 100% original to you, or in the Public Domain. Since we are a for-profit production company, by law our productions must only contain original works that we have the rights to.

Yesterday a wonderful "Little Red Riding Hood" image RECord by adhgraphicdesign was featured. Unfortunately it contained an image resource of a wolf that was under copyright. The resource, uploaded by tonguecutsparrow, will have to be deleted since it violates hitRECord's Terms of Service (http://www.hitrecord.org/terms.)

But the repercussions of this one copyright image result in multiple RECords also having to be deleted since they contain the image resource.

tonguecutsparrow has been notified of this issue via e-mail and adhgraphicdesign has provided a new version of "She Takes Care of Herself" using alternate resources (it is resourced below.)
