First, I am sorry if my writing is not the best, English is not my first language so sometimes I am lost in translation :)


I wrote this before in Joe's post: RE: Sundance 2012, but I wanted to write it in some other place so maybe it's not going to be lost among the other comments.


I just want to add a couple of things here:


First, I am not here for the money or for the attention, I am here because I want to share what I can do with others, sometimes you have just one heart on one of your records and I really appreciate this one single heart, sometimes you have 20, 30, 40, my point is that I don't think that every hitrecorder that lately is not agree with the things that are happening here, is just trying to get attention from others, maybe there is some people that is been a little rude, bit I don't think that it's with bad intentions, that's just the way they are, that's how they talk, we are a lot of people here, with different personalities and point of view, so that's something that we don't have to forget.


I joined Hitrecord on August 2010, and I love hitrecord since that day, I have a lot of friends here, and I know that nothing is perfect, but if we are a community, is fair to say that is necessary talk about these things, we can agree or not, but that's something that joe himself encourage and that's what is happening here: Comunication, without it we are lost!


Joe: I think that the problem here is that you are busy, and like many of us, you have a job, that you have to do, and let's face it, in the last two or three years, hitrecord has grown a lot, and there is a lot of new people joining every day, so I think that the main problem is that hitrecord continues with the same payment policies, the same way to do everything that when it started, where there were only a few people and it was much easier just to talk about things, organize things and pay attention to all details, so I am agree with a lot of people here when they say that maybe you have to organize things different and hire people who are in charge of specific things (or maybe not hire new people, but you have here a lot of talented people that can help you with that)for example, someone who is in charge of the organization of the payments, someone who is in charge of making updates for the community, someone who is aware of the new collaborations and contributions, I think that this is going to be good for you and for all the community, we are not 100 people here anymore, we are thousands, so as much as we want to keep HR as it was before, it's impossible! I am talking about organize the company (sorry I am a business manager so that's what I do haha) pay attention to all the suggestions and ideas of all the people here, that at the end, love this place as much as I do, I know that you are busy, and that it's not easy to manage a company, but that's part of the challenge! Comunication is the key, and if you are too busy to do it all the time, so we must need somebody that do it for you, you are the boss, we all know that, but we are here to help you, even even if it is through criticism and negative comments, we love U joe, don't forget about it, and I'll be always grateful with you for creating this place!:)
