I always thought independance was like a beautiful dance... until I realized I was just spelling it wrong.


To clarify: the job I was offered would be a 9 to 5 (which I forgot to mention), thus, I'd no longer have my mornings free to go on auditions. Thus, bye bye acting career. Thus, no. Hell no!

    Your independence would be considered dependence by some people - they would look at how you're dependent on your great-aunt for housing, for example, and say you're not independent if you're not *financially* independent. You, however, are defining it in terms of who calls the shots in your life. I like that. None of us is completely independent; the trick is to decide which dependencies will be healthy for us and which won't.

    ahhh you always make me smile! i used to spell it like that too, it's much more exciting that way! i'm pretty sure i lost an elementary school spelling bee once with that word... what the FUCK independence!!?!??! omg i'm suddenly filled with rage and can't remember what else i wanted to say. what the fuck!!!!!
