I'm glad you made sure to acquire the rights, but I wanted to make sure that the rights you acquired are also going to cover not only your use but other HitRECorders remixing with this, and the company possibly commercializing it. Those two things being the whole point of the site, and every RECord is supposed to be able to do those two things legally.

Is there some sort of documentation of the exact terms of your rights? Knowing how licensing terms are often very restricted, it seems unlikely that you could even buy such wide-ranging rights as would be needed for HitRECord purposes. So, I still have some concerns about whether this RECord can be here.
