I know these are sorely overdue!!! It's been crazy with getting done with school, going home and diving headlong into holiday festivities, and well this weather not sure whether it wants to be warm or cold is making my sinuses explode. But enough of that. I might mention a couple specific RECords that particularly stick out in my mind, but there's so many amazing ones and I'm truly a visual person who needs to be reminded of things sometimes, so it will mostly be some of the people here who make everyday a holiday!

Favorite hitRECorder: I can't just name one, so you're all my favorites!

Favorite Tiny Story: sinnamin is like the Queen of the tiny stories! She whips them out like they were factory made, yet by the quality of the stories nothing but heart and soul goes into them. I'm not sure I could point to just one, but I did quite enjoy her latest 'a robot's christmas wish'. One my aunt couldn't quite stop laughing about was 'The lonely Stoplight' by mronnow which actually came out last year. It's so sad, but there's a humor to it.

Favorite Video: If there's one thing that makes me go 'wow, I should get a MAC and buy final cut pro' are the qualities of the videos on this site. Holy Cow they are good! Speaking of cows, I know we are all on the bandwagon for the new vid for the Turnip Man, but Lawrie Brewster's version involving sherbethead as the tragic man himself and a slew of hitRECord talent is so amazing. I remember when it was in it's baby stages in May and over the course of months grew into the great piece it is. And Matt Conley's re-rec and other videos are always a delight. Damn that bastard heart guy!

Favorite Collab: I'll admit sometimes I'm not the most involved in the actual collabs, not because I'm sitting here going 'I'll show them by totally ignoring new collaborations', it's more time, or being aware, excuses excuses, but there have been a few that have piqued my interest and I have tried to be part of. I know it's not a stretch to say the Shadow collab is utter genius, but it deserves another round of kudos. I love mirtles cut out and keep drawings. And I mean what could get 3000+ submissions like the magic of tiny stories and with the new gorgeous book out lining shelves everywhere it's a beautiful triumph.

Favorite Song: Oooo toughie. Metaphorest is truly so beautiful to listen to with her enchanting lyrics, and lovely melodies which can be added to by gorgeous accompanists. I won't go into detail except to say a few of the most prolific, or skillfully lovely musicians here. eaneikciv, megancarnes, pamagotchi, amferraro, babbish, and fleurdelys, and many more which I may add to.

Favorite VO: So if sinn is the queen of tiny stories, Pam is the queen of the VO. The way she delivers the lines, her Scottish accent accenting each note, always a joy to listen to.

Favorite Text:Oh boy, so I'm just gonna drop some name on you I can't just pick, Vedder, MellanyCoutinho, Metaphorest, JulesKD, Todd68976, swaylooza, and others I will probably add to, I have so many that they aren't completely accessible when I'm frantically trying to type.

Favorite REmixers: Again a tough one, so in a moment I'm going to name a few people, but one remix that really just got to me was adhgraphic's design's 'flower child' I added a little story to.  She just cranks them out like nobody's business to wondrous results. Kudos to all the people who created all the components. Here are more awe inspiring remixers bloemday, gabyvaughan, fractaldust, and others I will most likely add to.

Favorite Images: Emma Conner, saintmaker, and jestferlaffs are wunderkinds with cameras, and xobreexo23 creates some photos with beautiful composition. For illustrators, mirtle, Arin, MelonBerri, chelsea.e, and you know when I think of more.

More notable hitRECorders who are undeniably supportive: AnneMarjie, melismayhem, _buttercup, JoabNevo, DianeFT, and a slew of others who always put a smile on my face.

So while this is fairly comprehensive, it maybe subject to additions. I'm really terrible at thinking on my feet and I'm a bit overloaded with talent well that's really everyday! And if I'm leaving anyone notable out, I will have an 'oh shit' moment and remedy it.

Also I'm quite sad I totally missed the boat on the secret santa gift giving, so you are all my secret santa because I love you all so much!
