Perhaps this hasn't been your easiest year
you made comments that were jeered
but the holidays are a time for festivities and cheer
so let all that negativity be cleared
you're talented and that cannot be denied
hope you continue to stride
for after all you can tell a good story
so my dear Lawrie
may your holidays be bright
continue to forgive and forget after a fight.
