Here's my version of the Turnip Head man. I was going for the kind of 1920's kind of look when cars started to become commercially available and what not. I also tried to continue the "turnip" motif into his fingers and made them kind of like long skinny roots.

If I have time I'll see if I can try to draw out how he looks with his hat on.
