I had an idea that I reckon would take RE-RECS to the next level. Hitrecord radio. Its pretty easy to set up an internet radio station and I think it would be pretty cool for HR to have one.

In a similar fashion to rerecs people would host a show, maybe an hour long? They could play audio records of their liking in full for people to listen too. Maybe the best of the week or month, or maybe HR classics.
