I want to start a conversation here about one of Regular Joe's many ideas that caught my fancy. HitRecord publishes something. I attempted to get something off the ground, but it was far too self-centric, an idea I had created. Let's look at this idea at it's most basic components and chat up a storm.

1. First problem: HitRecord is infinitely expanding, and publishing is the opposite. It's infinitely insular, relying on the definitive. Should HitRecord even venture into publishing, seeing as how it's so antithetical to what the organization is about?

2. Suppose that we do create a HitRecord publication. Why? What would the impetus be? Ought there be a theme, or ought it be a loose collection of interesting works as voted by the community to be published?

3. The publication should include installments of continuing creations. I framed that sentence as definitive because I got tired of asking questions. It's an interesting concept, though. THINK ABOUT IT.

4. How should it be released? Online? At a fashionable party?

5. It should include pictures. Damn it. Good ones, linked to the text in question.
