Oh god, I was scrolling down to read the description and in that time she was still in a straight face. I scrolled back up just in time to see the smile and it scared me half to death! Then I wasn't sure if I imagined it or not and had to wait for it to happen again! Really cool pic!

This is a really effective .gif image. I like how it is subtle. You may start by looking at it like a still image and then suddenly the mouth begins to smile and the eyes turn red. It really adds to the eeriness of the record. This could be an interesting resource in a video. But, in the meantime, I would recommend animators take a look at this (and its array of resources) and see how this character could be worked into a story or into a situation. A good starting point could be the mask and why the woman is wearing it.
