Axe Murdering Jane

was told she was lame
for playing with axes a ton

"Oh, no," she said
as she chopped off their heads
"Axes are so very much fun!"

But she got too excited
and soon she was blighted
when her axe came swinging down

For somehow her axe
slipped out of her grasp
And soon her head was on the ground

Though she now lacked a head
Jane was not actually dead
which everyone discovered that day

So she gathered her things
and with an extra spring
went on her merry murdering way
