Been wanting to do new motown type stuff, and had missed playing guitar, so I came up with this very rough, garage rock type thing

Lost my arms and legs
the skin on me is dead
muscles shutting down
my bones are gonna crash to the ground

you told me
that we would be okay
but life is never fair

I've lost
an eye a limb, a kidney
all for you
I'm broken, beyond repair
not okay
no it's not even fair

cancer is gonna eat me alive
the bones will be all that remains
bury me under grass
no stone, 'cause nothing ever lasts

I carried
all this weight
upon me,
but there's no great release
I wither almost down to nothing
always blind,
believing
that there would be something
to give me sweet release.
